Da Graziella is a traditional Neapolitan, wood-fired Pizzeria that celebrates the richness of tastes and colors of Naples and its region. Simply put, we have a serious, ardent love for pizza. And for its native city. That’s why our approach to food is simple and honest, genuine and impassioned.

Just like pizza.
And trully like Naples.

DOP Buffalo Mozzarella

The undisputed queen of the table. The fruit of good-natured, pasture-grazing buffaloes, she’s the epitome of white perfection. Curvaceous and bodacious, her pearly, form-fitting complexion surrenders to the softest touch, unleashing a supple yet firm, milky core that sinks into thick, rich fulfillment.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

At first, with its warming yellow tones flecked with greenish reflections, this lively oil seems to coyly play it cool. But it’s a mere impression. First, a whiff of its captivating rosemary and almond scent tickles your senses then, it unleashes all the breathtaking beauty of the Sorrento/Amalfi coast: pungent like it’s rocky beaches, powerful like the luscious greenery of its land.

Caserta Black Pig (O pelatiello)

A pig like in the good ol’ days, roaming freely across the inner countryside’s wild forests, chomping on chestnuts, fruits and acorns. Basically, a pig living the good life. That’s until his wholesome diet is transformed in superb, all-natural cured meats, marbled to melt-in-your-mouth perfection and with that distinctive taste of the great outdoors.

San Marzano DOP Tomato

In the galaxy of tomatoes, he holds über celebrity status. His fleshy skin, always overflowing with generous sun beams, is as gleaming as the superstar red carpets of cuisine he struts upon, proud and ebullient like the lava-deep, fiery soil that he rules.

Piennolo Tomato

Whether lively red or golden yellow, this small tomato is the emblem of Naples. Wallowing in the sun, and bathing only in occasional water, he’s a sturdy little fella that grows thick and strong, with its peculiar tiny nib, in the fertile, lava-mantled soil of his home, the Vesuvius.

Corbarino Tomato

With its deep red color, this handsome, lamp-shaped little guy has fled the glitzy life of his fellow cousins. Silently perched atop his hilly kingdom of the Lattari Mountains, this understated, bitter-sweet prince unleashes an undercover, stealth flavor of gusting marine breezes and crashing waves.

What kind of food does Da Graziella serve? We serve traditional Neapolitan wood-fired pizza as well as fried pizza, another typical delicacy you mostly enjoy strolling through the streets of Naples.
Do you take reservations? Yes, we do take reservations. You can book a table through our website www.dagraziella.fr For parties of more than five, please call us directly at +33 (0)1 45 65 37 15
At what time does the kitchen close? For lunch, we’re open Mon-Fri 12h-14h30. At night, the kitchen closes at 22h30 Mon-Wed and 23h30 Thu-Fri.
Who is behind Da Graziella? Well Graziella herself, born and bred in Naples, with the help of Arnaud Lacombe.
Where do your ingredients come from? Graziella personally encountered all of the producers we work with and most of them come from the Naples region, Campania. For fresh produce, more easily perishable (with the exception of buffalo mozzarella which we import straight from Graziella’s milk shop in Naples), we work with quality Italian dealers here in Paris.
Is Da Graziella wheel-chair accessible? Yes, of course.
Does the menu change? Some of our “Pizze Al Forno” never change, they’re the stars of the menu (Margherita, Marinara or Calzone). Most of the others, including “Le Fritte”, change on a seasonal basis, depending on market availability and freshness of produce… and obviously, our creativity!
Who comes up with the recipes? Graziella herself, drawing from both Campania and Italy's traditional cuisine and, first and foremost, her childhood memories of her mom and aunt in the kitchen.
Do you offer vegetarian dishes? Yes, we have plenty of vegetarian options on our menu.
What about gluten-free? We do not offer gluten-free options. Given that all our pizza doughs are entirely hand-made, our location is unfortunately too small to accommodate the extra machinery required for truly gluten-free dough.
Will kids find it friendly? Absolutely, we love kids! We even have paper and crayons for them… and they’ll adore watching the pizzas being prepared!
Who is behind Da Graziella’s wine selection? Our sommelier is Erika Biswell, a bright Colombian friend.
What is the corkage fee 30€

What can I do while I wait for a table? You can happily drink a nice, fresh glass of Italian Prosecco while you wait. And if you’d rather sit down or it’s too cold outside, you can either sit at our terrasse or drop by our next-door friends at Vivant.
How many seats does the restaurant have Da Graziella has seating for 26 people, including 4 comfy outdoor spots.
Who took care of Da Graziella’s visual identity? Fakepaper, a brilliant graphic designer and Donald David for the development of the website.
